Important Information to register as a client:
*You are welcome to visit once a month.
*A valid driver’s license or valid I.D. for each person 18 years old and older is required to register as a client.
*I.D. for each child 17 years old & younger is required. Will accept a birth certificate or medical card.
*If a recent change of address, a proof of residency is required, a piece of mail for each person 18 years older will be accepted.
*The food pantry will be closed when Chippewa Valley Schools are closed for inclement weather.
